Ground-up development of a Publix-anchored neighborhood retail center on the Overseas Highway in Islamorada. The project delivered a 29,160 SF Publix alongside 1,800 SF of additional retail and a 5,000 SF community center, totaling nearly 36,000 SF of commercial space with 160 parking spaces.

Owned a ground-up development of a Publix-anchored shopping center at Beacon Lake Parkway and CR-210 W in the Beachwalk community of St. Johns County. The center totals 62,408 SF, anchored by a 51,908 SF Publix (48,387 SF lease area) with an additional 10,500 SF retail shop building.

Redevelopment of a former big-box retail site into a new, freestanding 31,500 SF Publix prototype. The project demolished a vacant 35,078 SF HH Gregg store and relocated a 4,835 SF Panera Bread, reducing the overall building footprint by roughly 8,410 SF while delivering a modern, ground-up store.

Conversion and buildout of a 26,000 SF space at Shadowood into a new Sprouts Farmers Market. Scope includes demising the space from the remaining building, building a new egress corridor, separating the fire alarm and sprinkler systems, removing the existing concrete floor, cutting a structural opening for equipment access, repairing and overlaying the roof, and bringing the shell up to code for life safety.

Redevelopment of an existing shopping center at Baymeadows Road and Southside Boulevard for a 45.12-prototype Publix. 48,640 square feet of building area, 230 parking spaces, full access from both frontages, pharmacy drive-thru and curbside pickup.
